Description

Pseudowintera ‘Moulin Rouge’ Horopito is a striking, compact shrub reaching approximately 1.5 m high x 1.5 m wide. The new foliage has intense reddish purple margins with golden centres. The colour intensifies with cold and full sun. The leaves have a strong peppery flavour, hence the common name of Pepper tree. Plant in full sun to part shade, in moist free draining soil.
