Native to New Zealand, this stunning small flax has arching leaves of the deepest purple black foliage. Fantastic addition to the garden for contrast.

Provides food for the native birds.

Prefers full sun to semi shade with well drained soil.
Tolerates dry, windy and coastal conditions.

Hardy and evergreen.
