The Packaging
The plant boxes we use are custom designed specifically for plants.
They are made from 68% recycled paper and the rest is sustainably grown in New Zealand.
Including the soil retention bag, the box is 100% recyclable.
Due to the box size this limits what plants we can send.
Delivery Information
We dispatch on Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s only.
This is to ensure plants arrive during the week and less risk of being in transit for longer than needed.
Any orders placed on or after Wednesday will be dispatched the following week.
It is a flat rate of $12 for North Island non rural address. Rural address add an extra $5.50
It is an overnight delivery for North Island non rural – add an extra day for rural.
Returns & Refunds
Plants leave our care in perfect condition however please understand plants are fragile and there is risk with shipping.
If you do receive your plant in severely damaged condition, firstly please photograph the damage and email us so we can claim with the courier company and then decide on the best course of action.
We cannot refund or return for a change of mind.
